This is probably the world’s lightest 2-person production tent: 607 gram (without poles, stakes and rope). Not intended for bad weather camping, but ideal for summer hiking or a quick speedy weekend away. The material is spinnaker sail cloth – the lightest fully waterproof fabric available. This is the first time I actually pitched this tent, just as a test. I don’t think I will have a chance to use the Squall Classic this summer.
