We took a small boat (12 person) from Flores to Crovo for a day. Corvo is the smallest island and really, one can see it all in a day. On the way over the waves were rough and we were sitting in the front. Zoe was terrified to the point of being in tears, crying and trembling. On the way back, she sat in the back of the boat, over came her fears, and had a great ride. Unfortunately, she was so tense on the ride over that she developed a strained leg muscle that has plagued her since, making hiking impossible and waking SLOW
